We are excited to bring shop group rides back to the schedule on May 9th! We are hoping to see a lot of familiar faces from our Cycleology family show up on these rides, and encourage newcomers to show up and share some smiles & miles with the crew. These will be run in a non-intimidating, social, yet productive type format, and we are excited to have them back on the calendar for all to enjoy. 

• Rides meet at 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Building structure to rides as fitness increases throughout the season 
• Weeks 1-5 will be relatively flat, with difficulty increasing throughout the season
• As the season advances, we will break into skill groups

In order to take advantage of this opportunity, participants must do the following:

1. Purchase a CB Sportif kit from the shop, and wear it during each group session
2. Email at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled ride you will be attending so the coach knows the size of the group.
