Cycleology Bike and Ski has a $160.00 flat shipping fee for all of our online bicycle orders.* We have a huge inventory of bikes in a variety of types, sizes, and colors. Due to the diversity in weight, dimensions, and value of our products, additional shipping fees may be applicable to your order. See the table below as a reference.


Orders for bicycles that are in stock are processed, assembled, and repackaged to be shipped in approximately 3-6 business days. Once your order is received, our eCommerce team will connect with you to establish a timeline.



Cycleology Bike and Ski has a $49.00 flat shipping fee for all of our online car rack orders.*

*Our flat-rate for oversized shipments will be visible during check-out. Some orders require an additional shipping and handling fee because of size, weight, and value. Our eCommerce team will reach out if your order has any applicable shipping and handling.

All of our orders are processed in the order they are received unless specified.

Cycleology Bike and Ski will not overnight or expedite orders unless it is requested, in which case, the consumer is responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Orders placed through are sent to the eCommerce Distribution Warehouse for processing. Inventory available in-house or locally will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Special orders vary depending on the vendor and availability. To help speed this process along, some special order items are drop-shipped directly to the customer.

In-Store Pick-Up & Home Delivery

Most orders are ready for pick-up within 24-48 hours of the original order date. However, in some circumstances, products must be transferred in from off-site locations and go through our distribution center prior to their arrival at the pick-up location. Special Orders vary depending on availability, location, and size. Our team will reach out to you via phone and email as soon as the order has been secured at the pick-up location. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days, or a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

If the order is extremely urgent, we ask that you please give us a call and confirm that the product is in-stock before heading to the store. Once confirmed, we will pull the item and have it ready for you upon your arrival.
